The staff was very professional and competent. the room we stayed in was newly decorated with a bath and a nice big shower. There were lots of outstanding meals. the location was exceptionally nice, within a 10-15 minute walking distance from Piazza del Duomo. the airport was conveniently located only 0.5 km away.

Great location to the airport. Our flight left one hour later, we checked in our luggage and were allowed to use our hotel room again - although we checked out. A super breakfast buffet.

The bedroom was large and very comfortable. The breakfast and the one dinner we had was good. We would stay again as it is near where our son lives - but not at the weekend as you don't offer dinner.
We didn't like the fact that the hotel didn't offer dinner at weekends. There was no coffee, tea, sugar or milk available in the bedroom and none could be offered from reception.
